# Introduction / FTOP

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Attention:** We can change the rules whenever we want, its important to be aware of these changes that will be announced on our [Discord](https://discord.gg/coldgames).
{% endhint %}

## Important

> * All the punishments can lead to faction strikes. The location in the map the punishment was given can lead to a streak/removal of points, not only on events.
> * In case of not agreeing with any strikes given, the leader of the faction can appeal it, as long as it is done with respect and taken into consideration that each applied strike was previously reviewed according to the proof given. To appeal the strike you must also have evidence that can prove your innocence and create a ticket in our [discord](https://discord.gg/coldgames).
> * In no case is the excuse/argument "I didnt know the rules" or "I did not know they had updated the document" valid, since every time we update the document we will announce it. The fact of NOT knowing a rule, does not mean the rules do not exist.

## Consider The Folowing

1. Avoid competing for the F-TOP if you do not have control or knowledge of your faction and its members, that is, we will not accept as a valid argument the fact that you invited that player and did not know that he was going to violate any of our rules.
2. We understand that you may not agree with some or any rules, even so, you must respect them. If you have any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism you can do it and of course we will take it into account.
3. Each rule applies in the same way for any F-TOP, it will not work differently for any faction, it does not matter if it is F-TOP #1 or if it is F-TOP #10.
4. The purpose of these rules is to maintain order and also to maintain the functioning of the server. Any attempt to use a "unspecified element" will be subject to the decision of the staff/reporter in this way we avoid arguments such as "That was not very clear in the rules"
